Emery Jensen

Rundoo integrates directly with Emery Jensen Distribution, the Ace Hardware subsidiary that gives independent retailers access to Ace's product assortment and buying power without converting to an Ace-branded store. Rundoo is one of 23 approved ERP systems in the Emery Jensen network, which means the connection is built to work the way EJD's systems expect rather than bolted on from the outside. Four integrations are live today:

  • Catalog: Emery Jensen's product catalog loads directly into Rundoo, including UPCs and item details, so adding an EJD product to your store is a search instead of a data entry project.
  • Ordering: purchase orders transmit from Rundoo to Emery Jensen over a secure EDI connection with your store's pricing included on the order, so nobody re-keys line items into a separate portal or wonders whether the price you sent matches the price they received.
  • Receiving: when Emery Jensen ships, you receive the order against your purchase order in a couple of clicks, confirm what showed up, and get back to your customers.
  • Price changes: price updates flow into Rundoo, so you are not discovering a cost change three weeks after it happened.

Emery Jensen retailers also get a meaningful break on getting started: 50% off Rundoo's one-time implementation fee and the first three months of monthly software fees free, which is plenty of runway to finish onboarding, train every employee, and confirm that the numbers in Rundoo match the numbers in real life.

AllPro

Rundoo is an approved supplier partner of AllPro, the paint and coatings buying group of roughly 500 independent retailers. EDI 850 ordering and EDI 856 advance ship notices are live today, so orders flow out and shipments flow back without anyone re-keying line items. Rundoo integrates directly with Blish-Mize, the Atchison, Kansas distributor founded in 1871 and the longest-operating wholesale hardware distributor in America, serving over 1,400 customers across a 13-state heartland territory. Live today: catalog loads with warehouse availability, EDI ordering with your store's pricing on the order, automatic receiving, price changes, and item maintenance. Lancaster

Rundoo integrates with Lancaster, the paint sundries distributor serving roughly 400 independent retailers across the Mid-Atlantic and New England. EDI ordering is live today, with purchase orders transmitting automatically as 850 documents, and three more pieces are in progress: catalog loads, receiving from advance ship notices, and automatic price updates.

Partnerships beyond the data feed

Two partners deserve a mention even though no electronic data connection exists today, because a partnership can be real without a file format. Bradley Caldwell, the Hazleton, Pennsylvania distributor of over 23,000 pet, equine, lawn and garden, and farm and home products, partners with Rundoo on platform fit and pricing: BCI retailers receive a 5% discount on Rundoo, and we are working to expand our presence at BCI's twice-yearly dealer shows. PACOA, the family-owned Port Washington, New York wholesaler of paint, hardware, lumber, and building supplies, does not currently offer a direct integration with any POS system, so PACOA products are managed inside Rundoo rather than synced automatically; if a direct connection would be valuable to your store, tell your PACOA rep, because dealer demand is exactly how these connections get built.
