We love it. It works really well. Before Rundoo we were on a handwritten ticket system, and this is a difference. Our productivity and efficiency has gone through the roof, and customers get in and out that much faster. They're like, man, that's quick.

Can I run it from anywhere, and is it reliable in an outage?
Yes to both. Because the Web App runs in the browser, you can open it on a counter computer, a tablet, or a second screen, and check sales, inventory, and reports from home or on the road, with no server in your back office tying you to one building. If your internet hiccups, connect the terminal to a mobile hotspot and keep selling. There's nothing to install, your data is backed up automatically in the cloud, and new features arrive on their own, so you're never stuck on a version that's about to be retired.
How responsive is Rundoo's customer support?

Does it handle contractor charge accounts, statements, and payments?
Yes. Cash sales and charge sales run in the same flow, you can take a payment against a charge account balance, and statements and running balances tie back to the same sale, with contractor and custom pricing along for the ride. On the payment side you can take credit, debit, ACH, and saved cards, or apply a payment straight to a charge account balance, so your books and your balances always stay in sync.
Can it do quotes, will-calls, and special orders?
All of them, in one place. Quotes, held drafts, will-calls, and special orders live in the same flow as a regular sale, so your team never learns a separate screen for the exceptions.
Does inventory stay accurate at the counter?
Every sale, return, and special order updates inventory the moment it happens, so the count at the register matches what's on the shelf and out in the yard. There's no overnight batch and no end of day reconcile.
