Rundoo pricing

Rundoo pricing is built around your store, not a one-size-fits-all tier chart.

Independent paint, hardware, farm and feed, lawn and garden, and lumber stores all run differently, so a single published price would either overcharge the small single-location shop or undersell the multi-store operation. Instead, we scope pricing to what your store actually needs and give you the full picture in writing before you decide, with no surprises buried in the fine print.

How Rundoo pricing works

There are two parts to what you pay, and both are straightforward. The first is a software subscription that covers the whole platform, including the point of sale, the web app and ERP, the Staff and Customer apps, and Dooey on every screen. The second is integrated payments, processed through Stripe, so card acceptance is built into the same system you ring sales on rather than bolted on through a separate processor and a separate bill.

What the subscription includes

The subscription is genuinely all-in-one, so you are not nickel-and-dimed for the parts of a modern system that a supply store depends on every day. It includes:

  • The point of sale on the counter, in any browser, on web or tablet
  • The full ERP: inventory management, purchasing, pricing, and the general ledger
  • Customer accounts, contractor charge accounts, per-customer pricing, statements, and autopay
  • The Staff app for counts, ordering, and label printing, and the Customer app for invoices and payments
  • Dooey, the assistant that analyzes your day, answers questions about your store, and automates the busywork
  • A dedicated implementation manager who migrates your data and stays with you through go-live and the first weeks after
  • Ongoing support and every product update, because the platform improves continuously rather than in paid version jumps

What affects your price

Because pricing is scoped to your store, a handful of factors shape the number you see on your quote. The biggest is the size and shape of your business, meaning the number of locations and registers you run. Optional add-ons and the vendor catalog integrations you rely on can factor in as well. On the payments side, your card processing is tied to your actual volume rather than a flat guess, and we walk through the specifics on your demo. Hardware is the last piece: Rundoo provides and configures the Stripe card reader for card payments, and if you ring cash you will want a compatible receipt printer and a cash drawer, which are one-time purchases you own outright.

No long-term lock-in

We use straightforward annual agreements with no auto-renewal surprises. You will see the exact terms for your store in writing before you commit, and the goal of the demo is to earn your business rather than to trap it. Store owners switch to Rundoo because the software is better, and we would rather keep you that way than with a contract you cannot leave.

How to get a quote

The fastest way to a real number is a short demo. We learn how your store runs, show you Rundoo working on the kind of business you operate, and follow up with a quote scoped to your locations and needs. There is no obligation, and you will leave the call knowing exactly how the pricing works for a store like yours.

Pricing questions

How much does Rundoo cost?
Rundoo pricing is scoped to your store rather than sold from a fixed price list, so the exact number depends on how many locations and registers you run and which parts of the platform you use. You pay a software subscription for the all-in-one platform plus integrated payments processed through Stripe. Book a demo and we will give you a quote tailored to your store, in writing.

Does Rundoo publish a public price list?
No, and that is deliberate. A single published price would overcharge a small single-location store or undersell a large multi-store operation, so we scope every quote to the store in front of us and show you the full breakdown before you decide.

Is there a setup or implementation fee?
Onboarding includes a dedicated implementation manager who migrates your products, customers, accounts receivable balances, special pricing, and tax settings, then stays with you through go-live and the first weeks after. We cover exactly what onboarding looks like for your store, and what it costs, on the demo call.

Is there a long-term contract?
We use straightforward annual agreements with no auto-renewal surprises, and you see the terms in writing before you sign. There is no fine print designed to keep you from leaving.

How does payment processing pricing work?
Card payments are built into Rundoo and processed through Stripe, so acceptance lives in the same system you ring sales on instead of a separate processor with a separate bill. Processing is tied to your actual volume, and we walk through the specifics for your store on the demo.
