Frequently asked questions

Can I sell online?
Yes, and it is included in your subscription. Rundoo comes with an online store that sells from the same inventory your counter sells from, so a product goes online as soon as you mark it sellable. If you would rather keep the storefront you already run, direct connections to Shopify, WooCommerce and other e-commerce platforms are on the way. Most systems charge for the web store and charge again for the connector to it. There is more on the e-commerce page.
Do you have a loyalty program?
Yes. Customers earn points on what they spend, and you set how many points a dollar earns and what a point is worth. They redeem for a discount at the register. You can leave out the customers and products that should not earn points, grant points by hand, and set them to expire.
Does Rundoo work with QuickBooks?
Yes. Rundoo syncs to QuickBooks Online automatically, and for QuickBooks Desktop it exports on a schedule that you import into QuickBooks. Nobody types bills into QuickBooks by hand. Either way you keep QuickBooks for your accounting and payroll.
How many people can be logged in at once?
As many as you like. Every member of staff gets their own login on every device, so nobody waits for someone else to log out, and the owner can open the books from home without taking a register offline.
How long does the switch take?
Most stores take about one month. You have four planning meetings, one a week, and then training and go-live. Some stores have done it in a week, and large multi-location rollouts take longer.
What does Rundoo cost?
You pay one subscription that covers the software, support, updates and hosting, and there is no cap on how many people use it. What you pay depends on how many locations you have, so book a demo and we will quote your store.
