Rundoo, the AI-first platform for independent supply stores, works with Canpro Decorating Products Cooperative, the business to business buying group that brings together independently owned paint and decorating dealers from coast to coast across Canada.
Canpro runs out of Edmonton, Alberta, and its network of more than 200 member locations sells paint, industrial coatings, spray equipment, window coverings, and wallcoverings to the contractors and homeowners in every province and territory. Canpro is affiliated with AllPro in the United States, which puts its members inside a co-op of more than 1,400 locations across the United States, Canada, Mexico, Bermuda, and Ireland, and which is why Canpro members get the same Rundoo member pricing that AllPro members have had all along.
Why this matters
Rundoo runs in Canada today as one integrated system. Point of sale, inventory, purchasing, contractor charge accounts, payments, and accounting all read from the same data. GST, HST, and PST are supported, including the provinces that split two rates on a single transaction, tax calculates per line item and lands correctly on the receipt, and payments run on Canadian rails with credit and Interac debit through our terminals. The Benjamin Moore integration is live north of the border too, covering electronic ordering as well as the direct case where Benjamin Moore invoices and taxes the customer, the store supplies the product, and the credit shows up on the statement.
