Account customers get a self-service app to see invoices and balances and pay by card or ACH in a couple of taps, and you can turn on autopay so routine statements settle on their own. What can staff do from the floor? The Staff App gives your team products, inventory, customer accounts, and past transactions on a phone, so they can answer a contractor out on the floor without walking back to the counter. Checkout and taking payment run on the web cashier at the point of sale. Can I find a product by name or picture instead of the SKU? Yes. Search by a product's name or in plain English instead of memorizing a SKU, and every result shows a picture so you can spot the right item fast. You can also pull up exactly what a customer bought last time, either by asking Dooey or by looking it up on their account. How does contractor and tiered pricing work?
