We believe that our success to date has been, at least in part, due to our culture, and we wanted to make that culture so memorable that it would be impossible to forget. So we spelled it with our own name. Six letters, six values, and conveniently zero acronyms to memorize beyond the one already on the door.

**When we believe a challenge is worth pursuing, we don't quit unless our underlying conviction changes.**

### U is for Unassuming

**We don't assume we know more than others. We can learn from anyone.**

### N is for Now

**We do things now.**

### D is for Delightful

**We love our work, love working with each other, and our clients love working with us.**

### O is for Optimized

**We make decisions rigorously by defining the underlying optimization problem.**

### O is for Open

**We are open about (almost) everything: finances, strategy, feedback, promotion frameworks, and more.**
