## Why I picked Rundoo as an intern

Andrew reached out to me with an invitation to a recruitment dinner last fall, so I suppose that was my de-facto application.

## What's surprised me

One pleasant surprise was just how AI-pilled Rundoo is. Everybody from GTM to HR uses Claude and Claude Code extensively in the day-to-day, not just engineers.

## What I've shipped

One of the first features that I shipped, with the help of my manager Umer, was featured in that week's Rundoo Primer. It was a simple quality-of-life improvement that removed some friction at checkout, and from what I've heard, our clients really like it.

## Why the next Waterloo co-op should apply

Rundoo is the type of company where you as an intern can ship something on day 2 and find out the next morning that it caused an incident and subsequently be congratulated for it (real story).
