From paint to lumber to flooring, over 200,000 such stores across the country sell over $1T of building materials annually using outdated, on-premises systems. We’re aiming to help them modernize so that they can continue to thrive.

What You’ll Achieve with Us 🥇

Join us on the ground floor of a rapidly growing company:

  • Location: Must be based in Metro Manila or surrounding areas (Laguna, Rizal, Cavite, and Bulacan).

  • Data Oversight: Manage data exports from legacy POS systems such as QuickBooks, Decor Fusion, RockSolid, and others.

  • Manual Data Entry: Accurately perform data entry tasks with great attention to detail.

  • Tool Utilization: Leverage tools like Salesforce, Google Workspace, internal Google tools, and Microsoft Excel to streamline and support your work.

Compensation and Benefits 💰

  • Compensation: $700/month

  • Independent Contractor Status: You are registered with the BIR as an Independent Contractor, responsible for filing and paying your own taxes.

  • Monthly Dinners: Enjoy monthly dinners in the Alabang/BGC area.

    • Transportation: Company covers rides to and from dinner.

  • Audiobooks: Access unlimited audiobooks through our team subscription to Libro.

  • Benefits: As an independent contractor, you are not eligible for additional benefits listed below.

Key Requirements ✅

  • Education: A bachelor's degree is required.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and point-of-sale systems.

  • Attention to Detail: A strong focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks.

  • Equipment: A reliable high-speed internet connection and your own laptop.

  • Work Schedule: Availability to work Tuesdays to Saturdays, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Philippine Time.

  • Overtime and Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime during client go-live events and be on-call when necessary.

  • Full-Time Commitment: This is a full-time role requiring flexibility, particularly during go-lives.

Bonus Qualifications 🎂

  • POS Experience: Hands-on experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

  • Salesforce Knowledge: Proficient in using Salesforce.

  • Familiarity with Google Tools: Experience with Google Internal Tools.

  • Excel & Google Sheets: Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

  • Startup Experience: Previous experience in a fast-growing startup environment.

Interview Process 📝

  • Screening Call (15 minutes): A remote call with Jonelyn, our recruiting lead.

  • Interview (15 minutes): A remote interview with Amanda, Head of Recruiting and Operations.

  • Homework Assignment (1-hour prep): Instructions for the homework task will be sent after the introductory call.

  • Homework Test and Culture Call (45 minutes): A remote test and culture conversation with Tyler, your potential manager.

  • On-Site Interview (30 minutes): An in-person interview with Amanda, focusing on your ability to learn quickly and fit with the company culture.

  • Reference Check: Provide two substantial references for evaluation.

We've raised $18m across three rounds:

  1. A $2m pre-seed led by Kent Bennett at Bessemer with participation from Plug & Play, Quiet Capital, and Sequoia.

  2. A $5m seed led by Caitlin Bolnick Rellas at CRV.

  3. An $11m series A led again by Bessemer and CRV.
